End Of Season Parties
With the last games just around the corner, I am sure that planning for end of season parties is underway. I enjoy a party as much as anyone but PLEASE DON'T PLAN TO HAVE THEM AT ALLENS CREEK RIGHT AFTER YOUR GAME. There just is not enough parking to accommodate parties after the games. Please, if you are going to have something afterwards, plan on meeting somewhere else's later in the day or on another day. Thank you in advance for your cooperation

Looking Ahead
As hard as it is to believe, the season is 2/3 of the way over and it is time to start planning for the Fall season. The dates for the fall registration are July 26, July 28' August 2, and August 4 and will again be at Haywood Community College at the Sunrise Cafe. Mark your calendars now so that you don't miss the opportunity to enjoy another season with AYSO.

Uniforms
Why, you ask, does it matter what color socks my player wear? Believe it or not, there is a good reason. It helps the referees and assistant referees when all the players are in close proximity in determining who kicked the ball out of bounds. I know it same simple enough to just look at the jersey but you can only focus on one area at a time and when you are watching feet and ball, socks are what you see. That is why we are such stickers on this seemly minor detail. Add this to the list of reason to ALWAYS bring both uniforms to the games.

Jewelry Policy
Just a reminder,no jewlery at games or practice. This includes, but is not limited to earrings, nose rings, necklaces, watches, wristbands, braclets, anklets, feathers, metal or hard plastic hair bands. There seems to be a misconception that band aids covering piercings is acceptable but it is not. Please respect our commitment to safety.
