Reminder about Jewelery
|
|
Parents please remember that jewelery, other than medical alert braclets, is PROHIBITED on the playing field OR practice field. This is for the safety of your child and the other players. In the past, putting tape over earrings was acceptable but that is no longer the case. Having a child cry at the field because they can not play or because they have to take out their new earrings is a terrible experience so please, please, please, lets avoid that this season. |

Spring Season
|
The start of the spring season is just around the corner, here are a few items that you should know:
1) The dates, times and locations for registrations are now posted to the website under the Calendar tab. Also, your child should be bringing a flyer home from school soon.
2) Preregistration will be available mid-February. By preregistering you can save time and money. There is a $5.00 discount if you preregister online. If you chose to preregister, please, please, please, remember to print out 3 copies of the form and bring them with you to the registration. Also, until you turn those forms in, your child is not registered so you will still need to come to one of the 4 dates listed.
3) If you registered and played in the fall, you do not need to sign up again. BUT, if you have not heard from your coach, please call him/her to let them know you will be playing.
4) Every effort will be made to maintain the same teams as we had in the fall, HOWEVER, a primary concern is to have balanced teams to insure that the players have fun and an enjoyable experience. IF, due to an influx of players registering and insufficient space on existing teams, there may the need to redraft the teams. That decision will be made after registration is closed.
5) Hopefully, the weather will be more cooperative this season. In the event it is not, we have built 1 makeup day into the schedule.
6) Please check back here often for additional information. |
